The Thai Ministry of Defence is concerned about the Somali pirates because many Thai vessels have been looted. However, the Somali pirates always hijack fishing boats and cargo ships. This is a big problem in the Gulf of Aden. The economy of many countries has acquired the damage because of the pirates. Therefore, The Thai Minister of Defense suggest to the cabinet to send the Thai navy to protect Thai vessels from the pirates. Somali pirates have many weapons on their speed boat. They are very dangerous.
In my opinion, this is a good suggestion that sending the navy to assist Thai boats because Somali pirates are very hazardous. They hijack many boats that around the gulf, and they steal only goods and asset. Many countries are loss of the income because of them. I think the Government of Somali should fix the problem very quickly. They should clear up many pirates that hijack boats around the Shore of Somali.
